BIO
ALEXIS CRUTCHFIELD
I began my career in 2017 in Austin, Texas, working in video production at ProFor, where I supported both office operations and on-set production for clients including TxDOT and McGraw-Hill. During this time, I earned my bachelor’s degrees in Journalism and Radio-Television-Film from The University of Texas at Austin, building a strong foundation in storytelling, communication, and production workflows.
In 2018, I relocated to Chicago, where I briefly honed my client and project management skills at C.H. Robinson, supporting a diverse client portfolio including Ace Hardware.
From 2019 to 2024, I worked at Production Craft, Inc. as a Producer, directing and supervising post-production for clients such as Medtronic, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, and the National Safety Council. I managed 10 to 30 projects at a time across multiple business areas including Concept-to-Completion Video Production, Camera Crewing, and Broadcast Studio Integration. I handled budgets, talent sourcing and negotiation, crew and location coordination globally, and contributed to the creative process through scriptwriting and storyboarding.
Currently, I am a Project Manager at Tribu, leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced marketing and production environment. I oversee project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and team coordination, with a focus on process improvement, stakeholder communication, and operational efficiency.
I am excited to continue growing my project management career in Chicago, applying my combined experience in production, client management, and team leadership to deliver results and drive operational excellence.
